We are a member of Maximus' Community Partnership Network, partnering with them on the Restart Scheme across West Yorkshire and in Nottingham City. Our expert team work closely with their Employment Advisors, delivering solution focused therapy to people facing barriers to finding work, as well as providing Maximus colleagues with training in solution focused practice. The Restart Scheme provides up to 12 months of enhanced support to help people break down barriers, such as low confidence and motivation, in order to find secure, sustainable and local employment.

The Growth Company is an award-winning social enterprise with a mission to enable growth, create jobs and improve lives. We work with The Growth Company to deliver the Restart Scheme across South Yorkshire, offering solution focused therapy to people facing barriers to finding employment. We have also provided training to all of The Growth Company’s employment advisor team on integrating solution focused practice into their work.

Futures for You is a Nottingham-based organisation leading a change in careers advice, skills and training, to unlock potential in people of all ages and backgrounds. We work with Futures for You to deliver the Restart Scheme across Nottinghamshire, offering solution focused therapy to people facing barriers to finding employment.

Sheffield City Council’s Opportunity Sheffield service helps people who are out of employment to gain work and skills, and those in employment to advance their career. We work with Opportunity Sheffield to support people to overcome mental health barriers to finding a job. We also deliver expert, tailored training to key workers, enabling them to use solution focused approaches to better support their clients.

We partner with Leicestershire County Council on their Healthy Schools programme, providing solution focused training for school staff across Leicestershire and Rutland. Our specialist online course is tailored for education professionals working with young people who are struggling, need support with emotional wellbeing or experience barriers to learning.

Zest is an award-winning community enterprise working to tackle local inequalities and improve community wellbeing in Sheffield. It manages a flagship community building, the Zest Centre, and delivers a range of responsive community, leisure, health and work support services to adults and children from across Sheffield. The Green Tree Therapy team supports its Zest for Work (providing employability support) and Zest for Life (boosting health and wellbeing) initiatives.
